The ReadyFit application empowers athletes to choose and undergo the official physical readiness tests for all branches of the US Military, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. These assessments typically range from 30 minutes to an hour in duration and encompass activities such as push-ups, pull-ups, planks, sit-ups, and a running component.
